At MCSS we hire professional Registered Nurses with at least one year of acute care experience from all specialties. Due to the vast opportunities throughout our hospitals, assignments vary from shift to full time contracts. The length of time for contract assignments ranges from 4-13 weeks. You receive a paid classroom orientation for the hospital where you will be working. Once you successfully complete that assignment, you may choose to be oriented for another hospital to broaden your SBHCS experience.

Pharmacists
$80/hr
Contracts

If you are looking for supplemental income or want to see what it is like to work in our Pharmacy division, MCSS offers you those opportunities. MCSS Pharmacists work side by side with our staff Pharmacists to cover for staff who may be on a leave, vacation or during peak work loads. Contracts vary from full to part time for a designated period or you can work sporadic shifts as your schedule dictates. The best part is that the SBHCS welcomes you to apply and be considered first for staff positions.

Allied Health Contracts and Shifts
Respiratory Therapists
$33-35/hr

At MCSS we also recruit for respiratory therapists, imaging professionals and other Allied Health opportunities. You will receive a paid orientation given by the department where you accept the assignment. Both shift and contract assignments are available as well as the opportunity to work at more than one of the Saint Barnabas Health Care System's hospitals.

Clerical Contracts and Shift

MCSS recruits individuals for various clerical and administrative opportunities throughout the Saint Barnabas Health Care System, including the hospitals, Corporate Offices, Ambulatory Care Center, Hospice, Long Term Care facilities, etc. Compensation rates are competitive based on the requirements of the position and the candidate's skill level. Often candidates, who join MCSS in a temporary position during the summer or holiday period, re-join the system at a later time in another temporary position or apply for a permanent position.
