At MCSS we hire professional Registered Nurses with at least two years of acute care experience from all specialties. Due to the opportunities throughout our hospitals, assignments vary from shift to full time contracts. Most of our Nursing assignments are 13-week contracts. However, ask our recruiters about the availability of shifts.

MCSS also offers opportunities for Pharmacists, Respiratory Therapists, Imaging Professionals, other Allied Health and clerical/administrative support. Regardless of specialty, MCSS temporary employees work side by side with our staff to cover for leaves of absences, vacation or during peak work loads. Contracts vary from full to part time for a designated period or you can work sporadic shifts as your schedule dictates based on availability.

Compensation rates for clerical support are competitive,  based on the requirements of the position and the candidate's skill level. With any MCSS opportunity, you will also receive a paid classroom orientation for the hospital where you will be working. Once you successfully complete that assignment, you may choose to be oriented for another hospital to broaden your SBHCS experience. While MCSS mostly recruits for the above mentioned specialty areas, at times we do have needs for Social Workers, Physical Therapists, Medical Assistants and Sleep Technicians.
