MCSS is a full licensed in-house agency of the SBHCS. Unlike
an outside employment agency who services many clients, the
facilities of the SBHCS are our only clients! There is no
need to prioritize; SBHCS is our number one priority. As
a temporary employee, you can select assignments within the
system and build on the knowledge you gain. All temporary
employees are provided with a paid orientation. Although
the sites may vary, our goal to provide quality healthcare
and service to our patients and their families is consistent
throughout the system.
